Important Notes Regarding Appointments Guidelines
・For your first visit, please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
・From the second visit onward, please arrive at least 10 minutes in advance, allowing time for changing and using the restroom.
・If you arrive late, your session may be shortened accordingly.
Same-Day Cancellations and Rescheduling
・We only accept same-day changes or cancellations by phone. Emails are not accepted for same-day requests.
・Please make any changes by 7:00 PM on the day before your appointment (business hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM).
・If you cancel at the last minute or fail to contact us after your appointment time has passed, you will be charged the full session fee as a cancellation fee, as the reserved time cannot be offered to another client.
・Repeated no-shows or disruptive behavior may result in refusal of future appointments.
Cancellations and Rescheduling by the Day Before
・You are welcome to contact us by phone or email for changes made up to the day before your appointment.

・For returning clients, there is no cancellation fee if the change or cancellation is made by the previous day.
About Cancellation Fees
・For returning clients, same-day cancellations or changes will incur a cancellation fee, as we cannot offer the reserved time to another client. Please pay the fee at your next visit or via registered mail.
・For first-time clients, we reserve a longer time slot (50–60 minutes). Once your reservation is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted.
・If you cancel for personal reasons, including illness, a cancellation fee will be charged.
